22nd SOARING…. A HALLMARK ANNIVERSARY OF LYCEUM INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PANADURA

The aurora of a new hope, the birth of a prospective legend dawned to Panadura territory on the 3rd of May 2000 as Panadura Lyceum International School; the second branch of the Lyceum Group, that initiated its triumphant journey under the guidance of Founder Dr Mohan Lal Grero, and Coordinating Principal Dr Mrs. Kumari Grero. Modestly established at an antique colonial house along Jayathilake Mawatha, Panadura, along with the rapid development, it later shifted to Arthur V. Dias Mawatha. The school has now established itself as a leading international school in Kalutara district with its main school at Walana, the Primary at Bekkegama, and the Sports Grounds at Kiriberiya, incorporating the newest technology, ideas, and features.

The school has stretched its boundaries expeditiously in infrastructure and educational arena to satisfy the increasing demand of a leading international school in the metropolitan city of Panadura. Having completed a 22 years of successful journey, Lyceum Panadura further expands both technologically and digitally with latest strategic inventions and involvements. The school accommodates over 3500 students, both girls and boys, ranging from Pre-Primary up to Advanced Level.

The ‘Student Counselling, Child Protection and Safeguarding Unit’ provides psychological assistance and guidance for the students while aiming to resolve any matter that might negatively affect their performances.
