Lyceum Academy Excels at World Robotics Olympiad National Competition 2026

Lyceum Academy proudly celebrates an outstanding achievement at the World Robotics Olympiad (WRO) National Competition held on 28th March 2026. The prestigious event brought together some of the country’s most talented young innovators and was graced by Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, along with other distinguished guests.

Demonstrating exceptional skill, creativity, and teamwork, Lyceum Academy students delivered remarkable performances in the Junior Category at the national level. Team Vision X CT secured an impressive 1st place, while Team F achieved 3rd place, further highlighting the Academy’s strong presence in the competition. In the overall national rankings, Lyceum Academy attained 1st and 4th positions, a testament to the institution’s commitment to excellence in STEM education.

These outstanding accomplishments have earned the teams the honour of representing Sri Lanka at the upcoming international competition, to be held in either Puerto Rico or India. This success reflects Lyceum Academy’s dedication to nurturing innovation, critical thinking, and technical expertise among its students, preparing them to excel on global platform.
