Lyceum Inter National School, Panadura is gearing up to host the seventh edition of the annual Inter-International Schools’ Under- 15 Cricket Tournament, scheduled to take place at the Lyceum School grounds, the Keion Grounds, in Kiriberiya, Panadura from January 16. A total of 15 Fifteen schools affiliated with The International Schools of Sri Lanka (TISSL) will participate in this year’s tournament. “This tournament provides a unique opportunity to foster friendship and share the spirit of sportsmanship among participating schools.
We hope that all team members enjoy the tournament. It’s not just about cricket, it serves as a platform for young talents to come together, learn, and grow, both on and off the field. As the hosting school, Lyceum Panadura emphasises values such as teamwork, discipline, and resilience, contributing to the holistic development of the participants during the tournament. We hope that all team members enjoy the tournament, and irrespective of the outcome, we extend our heartfelt good wishes to all the teams,” Nethan Wijesinghe, the Principal of Lyceum International School, Panadura, expressing his excitement about the tournament, stated.
The participating schools include Lyceum International School branches in Panadura, Wattala, Nugegoda, and Ratnapura, along with Asian International School, Royal Institute, Horizon College, Leeds International School Panadura, St. Nicholas International School, British School of Colombo, Colombo International School, Gateway College Kandy and Colombo, Stafford International School and Wycherley International School. The final match of the tournament will take place on February 3 at the Keion Grounds in Panadura.
