AJOU University and ARA Education Collaborate to Expand Opportunities for Sri Lankan Students

Sunday, 23rd of June 2024

We are pleased to announce a recent collaboration between AJOU University of Korea and ARA Education, aimed at expanding educational and career opportunities. The agreement was formalised in the presence of Mr. Soohun Lee, Vice Chancellor of AJOU University, renowned for its specialised training in global motor car manufacturing, and Professor Kwonse Kim, a distinguished senior lecturer. Central to this partnership is the introduction of the F2R visa programme, designed to facilitate scholarship opportunities for Sri Lankans interested in pursuing studies in motor car manufacturing in Korea.

This initiative not only supports learning in the automotive industry but also allows recipients to remain in Korea post-education. ARA Education will oversee the visa application process in collaboration with the Korean embassy. Additionally, building upon ARA Education’s 25-year legacy of trust, upcoming agreements on June 29th and July 1st will be signed with Chungbuk National University of Health and Science and Cheongju University. These agreements will broaden access for Sri Lankans to diverse fields including civil and information technology engineering, business management, social sciences, design, film industry, and health and medical sciences.
