Gateway students receive offers from top ranked universities - many with scholarships too

Many Gateway students currently preparing for AL examinations have received conditional offers from a number of prestigious universities, with some securing 100% scholarships. These include most universities situated in the northern hemisphere that commence their academic year in September/October. Traditionally, many Gateway students also join universities situated in the southern hemisphere such as Australia, however, their selections are made later in the year since the intake of such universities are in February/March.

There are 40 offers received from the top 10 universities in the UK that are also among the top 100 in the world. They include Imperial College London (1 student), University College London (7 students), University of Edinburgh (2 students), King's College London (5 students), London School of Economics and Political Science (1 student), University of Manchester (16 students), University of Bristol (5 students) and University of Glasgow (3). Among the top US universities that have offered places for Gateway students are University of California, Berkeley, University of California, San Diego, Georgia Institute of Technology, University of Minnesota and Michigan State University.

Gateway students have also received promising offers from top Canadian Universities such as University of Toronto, University of British Columbia and McGill University. They have also received offers from other international institutions such as the University of Groningen in The Netherlands and HKU in Hong Kong. Another remarkable achievement is the achievement of 100% scholarships by eight Gateway students from reputed universities such as the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (4 students), University College Dublin (1 student), IE University in Spain (1 student) and New York University, Abu Dhabi (2 students).Gateway students secure admission to the most prestigious universities in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and Japan with scores of students currently studying in the top 200 Universities - based on the Times Higher Education World University ranking. Some of these universities are classified as IVY League in USA, the G8 in Australia, U15 in Canada and the Russel Group in the UK.
