ICBT Campus student wins Gold Medal at Bioinquirer Research Forum 2018

Bioinquirer Research Forum 2018, was held at International Institute of Health Sciences, Sri Lanka on 17th November 2018. It is an annual International Multidisciplinary Research Forum. Research poster competition was an open category event with 62 posters from worldrenowned International Scientists, Doctors, Lecturers and pioneers in the field of Health care. Four countries represented the competition, namely Sri Lanka, Australia, Finland, and China. The eminent panel of judges was Professor Shang (China), Dr. Saramage, Dr. Meedeniya, Dr. Edirisinghe and Dr. Luuka (Finland).

This is the First time ICBT has represented Bioinquirer. Imesha Rashmini Rathnayaka from ICBT Campus, Biomedical Sciences won the Gold Medal Award for Poster Presentation at Bioinquirer for her research regarding Reasons for High Life expectancy at Birth of Males in Hambantota District in Sri Lanka. Bioinquirer Research Forum 2018 was organised by IIHS Welisara and was held on 17th November 2018.
